Synetra is deliberately linear. Every pairing passes through verification and a confirmed match before any work begins, and everything that follows is recorded in one place.
Students create an account and describe their domain, skills and interests. Mentors add professional details, an identity document and their qualifications.
An administrator reviews each mentor application against the uploaded documents. Nobody can be matched until they are approved.
The assignment engine ranks mentors by expertise, domain, availability, free capacity and workload. An administrator confirms; the mentor accepts.
Messages, meetings with notes, shared materials, tasks, quizzes and progress reports, all in one thread. When it closes, the student receives a certificate.
For each unassigned student the engine scores every approved mentor who still has capacity. The weights below are the defaults; administrators can tune them in settings. Mentor rating breaks ties. The result is a ranked list with a match score, current load and rating beside each name, and the administrator makes the final call.
Two rules are enforced by the database itself, not just the interface: a mentor must be approved, and an assignment can never push a mentor past their capacity.
Name, email, password. You are active immediately and can complete your profile.
Preferred domain, skills, interests, education level. This is what the matching engine reads.
An administrator confirms a suggested mentor. You are notified when the mentor accepts.
Message, attend sessions, download materials, submit tasks, take quizzes. Grades appear on your profile.
When the engagement is marked complete, rate your mentor and collect your certificate from Documents.

Each mentor's maximum student count is an administrator decision, enforced in the database.
A freshness model flags pairings that are going quiet: no messages, no meetings, no progress in the recent window.

Who approved whom, who changed what, when. Append-only.
No webcam proctoring, no keystroke logging, no reading of clipboard contents. Integrity signals are coarse on purpose and always reviewed by a person. No public mentor marketplace either: every pairing is confirmed by the programme, so nobody is matched on a profile photo.
